The Orangery – Blenheim Palace; We had afternoon tea in the Thames Foyer on a Friday and the experience was phenomenal Without a doubt, the Savoy's afternoon tea is a step above everyone else's The interior of the Savoy is breathtaking everywhere you look is picture perfect (and you can take lots of pictures without feeling awkward about iteveryone else was doing it) The food was also sublime, as you would expect, and plentifulTraditional Afternoon Tea at the Savoy The Verdict I liked the selection of teas and sandwiches However, I expected a lot more variety and creativity from the desserts, so that was a disappointment The good thing is that the sandwiches, scones and cakes were unlimited, and we could take some home!

How do I book afternoon tea at The Savoy hotel, London?1st time at the Savoy hotel in London I was so looking forward to it and we decide on the Savoy over other high profile hotels in London as the afternoon tea reviews appeared to be better We were checked in by a nice friendly lady and were made to wait for around 5mins stood in the hallway It wasn't busy so not sure why we had to waitThe Savoy tea room, like Claridges, it very impressive Personally, I prefered Savoy decor Grand piano was in the centre of the room, and we sat on a sofa infront in front of the sliding dorrs revealing the black Beaufort Bar very impressive
